opening the window and see what's up from here , there and everywhere.  do you find something interest? or just the casual view and sound day by day? no worry, let the fresh air come inside a while to help giving us charge our brain in health.  how about  they who is living in a high building with no freshen air?  well just come outside and find that fresh air, see this and that, give yourself point to have what you will learn then.
